Now, an individual can take a picture of a document, enter identifying information and submit the document to their social services district, anytime. NYDocSubmit may save you a trip to the local social services district to provide documentation. Residents of New York City (NYC) who are applying for or receiving benefits from one of the programs mentioned above may submit documentation to the NYC Human Resources Administration through ACCESS HRA. Note: Additional counties may be added, so check your app store to see if the social services district in your county is participating.
